A beautiful Tanzanite and Diamond Trilogy Ring featuring a central Oval Cut Tanzanite with a calculated weight of 0.89 Carat, set between two bright, Oval Cut Diamonds.
Tanzanite's only appear in one location in the World, a four square kilometre area in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. They are a thousand times rarer than Diamonds and it is estimated that we will exhaust the World's supply within two decades.
It was first discovered in 1967 and is known as the 'Generational Gemstone', because we're amongst the few generations who will have relatively easy access to it.
The claw set Tanzanite has a beautiful mid-purplish blue colour with wonderful lustre. The outer Diamonds have been assessed in the setting and are estimated to weigh 0.22 Carat each, F/G Colour and VS1/VS2 Clarity. Total Diamond weight is approximately 0.44 Carat. All claw set in 18ct White Gold.
Tapered, polished shoulders lead to an 18ct White Gold band with Hallmarks for Sheffield 2009 with a makers mark of 'CWS'.
The ring comes with a valuation report from the 'Guild of Valuers and Jewellers' stating a New Replacement Value of £2,525.
