REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Charlotte Emily Jewellery we will happily offer you a full refund regardless of the reason, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase and return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. The item must be returned by fully insured shipment. Charlotte Emily Jewellery are not responsible for return shipping costs and/or taxes that may be incurred.
