This beautiful trilogy ring is set with three elegant Old European Cut Diamonds, each in a claw setting with a larger Diamond set to the centre. There is a pretty pierced gallery leading to the Platinum band.
The Diamonds have been assessed as being cut prior to 1930 and set into a later mount. The central Old European Cut Diamond has been calculated in the setting and is estimated to weigh 0.72 Carat, I1/I2 Clarity and H/I Colour. One of the outer Diamonds has an estimated weight of 0.52 Carat, G/H Colour and SI1/SI2 Clarity. The other outer Diamond has an estimated weight of 0.50 Carat, G/H Colour and SI2/I1 Clarity. Total Diamond weight is 1.74 Carat.
All stones are claw set in Platinum and lead to polished tapered shoulders which complement the bright and lively stones, blending to a solid Platinum band. Hallmarked London 2003 with a makers mark of 'FEU'.
The centre Diamond has a rare heart shaped inclusion (as shown in the photos) which really adds to the emotional value of this ring. The Guild of Valuers and Jewellers in Bath were excited to find this fabulous feature!
A stunning ring in such a timeless style which would make the perfect engagement ring. The three Diamonds are said to represent the 'past, present and future'.
The ring comes with a valuation report from the ‘Guild of Valuers and Jewellers’ stating a New Replacement Value of £7,700.
