This wonderful Tanzanite and Diamond Trilogy Ring features a central Square Cushion Tanzanite, with sparkling diamond Trefoil sides, all set in 18ct White Gold.
Tanzanite's only appear in one location in the World, a four square kilometre area in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. They are a thousand times rarer than Diamonds and it is estimated that we will exhaust the World's supply within two decades.
It was first discovered in 1967 and is known as the 'Generational Gemstone', because we're amongst the few generations who will have relatively easy access to it.
The central claw set Tanzanite has a beautiful deep-purplish blue colour and measures 6/7 on the Quality System Guide, VS Clarity. It has a calculated weight of 1.80 Carat.
The outer Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds have been assessed in the setting and have a total calculated weight of 0.25 Carat, F/G Colour and SI1/SI2 Clarity.
Tapered, polished shoulders lead to a solid 18ct White Gold band. With Hallmarks for London 2017 and a makers mark 'As C'. Stamped 750 18K.
